You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 95jl immediately via the support channels provided on the platform.
95jl operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your relationship with 95jl. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 95jl will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
95jl supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 95jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request verification of any payment method used. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered 95jl account. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. The functional currency of 95jl is Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. 95jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
From time to time, 95jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

95jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
All games available on the 95jl platform — including slots such as Fortune Mouse, Crazy 777, and Treasure Hunt; table games such as Dragon Tiger Luck; video poker variants such as Deuces Wild; and racing content — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 95jl or any player.
The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 95jl does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 95jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, 95jl is not obligated to honor that win and may void the transaction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 95jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 95jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your 95jl account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
95jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, 95jl may withhold any balance pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 95jl's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 95jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
95jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 95jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 95jl platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
